U.S. ITER Project
Location: AMSE Second Level
U. S. ITER Project is an exhibition utilizing audiovisuals and interactives to explain a major international research project with the goal of demonstrating the scienfific and technological feasibility of fusion energy.  The U.S. ITER Project Office is hosted by Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, with partners Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory in New Jersey and Savannah River National Laboratory in South Carolina.

Location: AMSE Lobby
Antarctica: Where Science Is Cool exhibit explores the Antarctic environment and the working life of scientists on the Earth's coldest, highest,driest continent.

Sustainable Shelter

This exhibition uses models, graphics, cartoons and interactive computer games to introduce biodiversity, human and animal architecture, ecosystems, and energy and water conservation -- all from the perspective of "home."  The traveling exhibition was developed by the Center fo Sustainable Building Research, College of Design and the Bell Museum of Natural History, College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences, University of Minnesota.  Exhibition funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy.
