Flights of Fancy (April) - This event is more than just making paper airplanes! Learn about airfoils, lift and drag as you design your own flying machines from paper and other materials. Who knows what other tangent you might take off on from these activities. For more information, call (865) 241-2148 or email the event coordinator.

Bubble Festival (August) - Test your skill as a "bubble-ologist" with new bubble recipes and wands. Put yourself inside a giant bubble or take a turn with our bubble wall.

Boy Scout and Girl Scout Badge Workshops (by registration) - Leaders of Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops can call the museum about badges currently being offered. AMSE's exhibits and other educational programming also lends itself to the requirements of several BSA and GSA badges.
